Louisiana: what lobbyists reported spending on a named official (try: new orleans)

Louisiana lobbyist expenditure reports, filtered by the STATE'S OWN label for the recipient's office, so searching "new orleans" returns city officials rather than everyone whose surname happens to match. TWO LIMITS THAT DECIDE WHAT YOU CAN WRITE. These reports are filed per LOBBYIST and name no client, so a total belongs to the lobbyist across all their clients, never to one company. And when the recipient is a named individual the filing carries no event, venue or description at all, while group recipients (a caucus, a delegation) usually do.
